Smaller than standard door sizes
If you require a smaller than standard-sized door there are two options. You may be able to trim a standard door to the size you require (usually up to approx. 8mm on each side but some doors allow for more).
If you need a significantly smaller than standard sized door we can make your door to measure.
Larger than standard door sizes
If you need doors that are larger than standard sizes the only option is made to measure. We can provide doors up to 2400mm in height.

Need odd-sized internal doors?
Ordering a made to measure door from Door Station is easy: Simply let us know the style and dimensions of the door you need so we can request a price from the factory. Once agreed, we’ll send over a CAD drawing for you to approve and deliver your door as soon as it’s been manufactured.
If you are ordering more doors, and the rest are standard size, we’ll deliver your order in two parts at no additional cost.
If your door way is a few inches smaller than a standard size door and therefore requires more than the recommend amount of trimming, our doors are available made to measure.
All of our internal door range including oak, walnut, white primed, and grey aside from pine and white moulded are available in smaller and larger than standard sizes.
- Alter the size (Width, Height and/or Thickness) of available doors, including fire door. If your door way is a few inches smaller than a standard size door and therefore requires more than the recommend amount of trimming, our doors are available made to measure.
What is the delivery time and cost?
The entire process (seen below) takes 14 - 22 weeks (Depending on the supplier - typically Deanta and LPD have lower lead times). If you're ordering standard-sized doors from us we'll deliver them separately (3-5 working days) at no extra cost.
Which styles are available as made to measure?
Almost our entire range is available as made to measure including oak, white primed, walnut, grey and black. Only pine and white moulded doors aren't available.
How much can standard doors be trimmed?
We can take up to 8mm off each side but we can't change thickness. There are a few doors that can be trimmed up to 16mm.
Do you offer installation?
We can install your doors if you’re within 25 miles of CH5 2LR, however, we can deliver nationwide.
